During the first phase the anchorage unit, composed of pre-mounting plate, anchorage plate and anchorage cone is placed on the formwork element in way that creates an anchorage point for the next casting phase.
Phase 2
Once the concrete has aged the formwork is removed & the pre-mounting plate is replaced with anchorage screw M30 and the climbing system is placed on these screws. Subsequently, the formwork is placed, plumbed and fixed with opposite accessories. Finally the anchorage unit is placed at a new point, the formwork is closed and ready to be used again.
Phase 3
The climbing formwork is removed and the travelling unit is fastened and hooked up to the suspended platform and subsequently lifted up with a crane and placed for next casting.
